Mango Gojju

2 tsp Urad Dal
1/4 tsp methi
8-10 lal mirchi (as per taste)
Pinch hing
2 tbsp Kopa or coconut scraped (roasted)
Lil Haldi

Roast all with little oil Grind
Tadka of rai, curry leaves.
Add raw mango, cook little
Add ground paste
Add salt, Jaggery
Can use with pineapple, capsicum
