Mum’s Mangalore Fish curry

Ingredients
For 2-3 pieces of fish
Methi seeds
Mustard Seeds
Tamarind – 1½  Lime size
Dhania Powder – 2 tbsp
Chilli Powder – 2-3 tbsp
Haldi – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Onions – 1 small
Green Chillies – 5-6 slit
Ginger – 1’ piece – minced
Coconut paste
 
Procedure
 
Fry mustard & methi seeds. Add Green Chillies, ginger & onion & fry. Add dry masala & fry adding a little water till oil floats. Add coconut paste & fry again till oil floats. Add tamarind water, fish, curry leaves & cook till fish is done.
