1. Heat oil. Take off fire and add chili powder + haldi + dhania powder mixed with little water
2. Fry. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry.
3. Add chopped onions. Fry till oil comes out.
4. Add hara dhania. Green chilies can be added if reqd.
5. Add tamarind water. Add fish, salt & cook with sufficient water.
