Orange Fish Curry

Equal quantities of Coconut Milk, Yogurt
Tamarind Water

To make Coconut Milk bring grated coconut with haldi and chilli powder and strain. Grind the leftover and strain again. Repeat till all of the coconut dissappears.

Can also use canned coconut milk.

Mix coconut milk, curds, tamarind water. Add haldi, chilli powder. Add finely chopped onions (pearl onions preferred), finely slit ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Heat on low flame till it boils. Add fish and boil. The curry is cooked when a scum starts forming on the bottom of the ladle.

To make veggie version, add tomatoes instead of fish.
