Pork Fry

Ingredients

500 gms Pork
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp White Vinegar
some thinly sliced Coconut (optional)
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1 large Onion, chopped
1" Ginger, chopped
4-5 pods Garlic, minced
5-6 slit Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1-2 sprigs Curry Leaves
Salt to taste

Powder together
5-6 Cloves
1" Cinnamon
1 tsp Fennel Seeds

Marinate pork with Chilli powder, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Salt, Vinegar, Coconut slices.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds till they splutter. Add the Onions, Ginger, Green Chillies and Garlic. Fry till Onion is browned. Add the spices powdered together and fry a little. Add Curry leaves and Pepper powder and fry a little. Add the pork and fry till done.
