Mootha's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 cup Cocoa
2 cups Boiling Water
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Butter
4 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

Method
Cook Cocoa in water, mix till smooth
Sift flour with B-Soda, Salt and B-powder
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs
Add flour and cocoa alternately
Begin and end with flour

Recipe makes 2 cakes. Bake at 350 deg for 45 mins if making 1 cake, if 2, it'll take around 90 mins
