Ingredients
500 Grams Chicken breast cubed
4 tbsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1-2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tbsp cilantro leaves minced
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
8-10 peppercorns crushed
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt
Method
Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, salt, lime juice. Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, add onions once cumin crackles and fry till golden. Add coriander powder, crushed pepper and curry leaves. Fry for a couple of minutes and add chicken. Sear on high flame, reduce flame and cook till done. Sprinkle coriander leaves, saute for a couple of minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and crushed pepper before serving.
