Ingredients
Meat Balls
1/2 kg Mince
3 tbsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garlic Sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsp chopped cilantro
salt to taste
Gravy
8-10 cloves Garlic
1" Ginger
3-4 tbsp Chilli Powder
2-3 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric
2-3 Tomatoes Pureed
3-4 tbsp Yogurt
Method
Mix all the ingredients for meat-balls together and shape into balls
Grind Ginger and Garlic together into paste
Mix Chilli powder, Coriander powder and turmeric with water to form paste
Heat oil. Add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry till well fried
Add the Chilli powder etc paste and fry some more
Add tomato paste and yogurt
Fry on low flame till oil separates out
Drop the meat-balls one-by-one
Do not stir for 15-20 mins or till the balls harden
Note: Coconut milk can be added after tomato puree to increase the quantity if required.
