Ingredients
500 grams chicken breast cubed
1 onion chopped/sliced
1" ginger chopped
3-4 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 green chillies, slit
1-2 sprigs curry leaves
1-2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp vinegar
salt
Method
Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic, turmeric, green chillies, salt in a pan. Add oil. Sear on high flame, Add onions, curry leaves and continue frying on low flame till done. Sprinkle vinegar and fry for a couple of minutes.
