Mum's Veg Pulao

Shajeera - 1 tsp
Lavang - 2-3
Iliachi - 2-3
Dal Chini 1-2 pieces
Jeera - 1 tsp

Dry grind all above

 Adrak, Hari mirch ,Pudina, Hara dhania

 Grind all above

Cut up veggies
Heat oil
Add dry masala
Then add wet masala immediately
Add veggies & fry little
Take out veggies
Add rice to same masala.  Fry, add salt, veggies, water (1:2) and pressure cook.

Can top with fried cashew, bread

 Adding sugar to oil will give nice brown colour
