Mootha's Chops

Veal chops - 1/4 kg

Tenderize Meat (use rolling pin/knife if don't have tenderizer)
Mix Salt, Pepper, Ground Garlic (3-4 pods), Ginger (3/4"), Vinegar (1 tsp), Worcestershire sauce (1 1/2 tsp) with meat
Add 2 tbsp oil
Mix well and set aside for 2 hours

Slide onions into rings and slice Potatoes into rounds.

If meat is tough cook in pressure cooker

Pour 2 tbsp oil in pan/cooker
Place chops flat with marinade, a little water, potatoes and onions (or fry them separately)
Cook till done (approx 5 mins in pressure cooker).
