Chicken Fry

Marinade 1/2 kg chicken chicken for 30-45 minutes with
Ginger paste
Pepper
Garlic paste
Green Chilli coarsely ground
Tomato - small pieces
1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
Salt
Haldi
Coriander leaves - chopped
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Cook on low flame in oil - no water to be added
