Ingredients
1/4 kg Ground Meat
2 Onions Chopped
Green Chillies to taste, chopped fine
1" piece Ginger chopped
5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Tomatoes (not too large) chopped
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Coriander leaves
4 tbsp Oil
Heat Oil in pan. Fry Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Chillies and Pepper till onions re transparent. Add Turmeric, Coriander Powder and fry a bit. Add chopped Tomatoes, Chilli powder. Fry again. Add Mince and fry again, adding a little water and Salt to taste. Cook till dry. Add chopped Coriander leaves.
Can be used for Mince Puffs
