Raita - Cucumber or Bhindi

Cucumber

cucumber cut fine or grated

tadka of rai and urad dal, curry leaves

green chilli, hara dhania, coconut

Bhindi

Fry Bhindi (cut small) till crisp
Grind coconut, green chilli, Rai and a little jeera
Mix in curds
Add fried Bhindi and salt
