Tiny moothas' Egg Weight Cake

This is a simple butter cake that uses ingredient quantities based on egg-weight. A quick and easy way to bake without remembering recipes!

Weigh the number of eggs that you want to use for the cake
Separate the eggs
Weigh Butter, Flour and Sugar - each individual quantity should weigh the same as the eggs

If not using Self-raising flour, for every cup of flour, add 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda. Sift together a few times to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Beat butter and sugar (powdered) together till the mixture is pale and fluffy
Add egg whites and beat some more
Add the egg yolks and beat again.
Add flour and beat. If the mixture is dry, add some milk till it is of pouring consistency.

Bake at 350 deg F for 40 mins (or till done)
