Fish Mouli

Marinate Fish in pepper, salt and turmeric
Fry just a little (optional) and set aside

Slice or chop onions
Slit green chillies
Slice or chop ginger

Fry onions, ginger and green chillies together a little. Add enough green chillies else curry will be sweet.
Add pepper and fry little more (not too much)
Add the fish slices. Add enough water to cover the fish and simmer covered with a lid till cooked.
Uncover and simmer
Add coconut milk and bring to boil
Finely mince onions and fry them golden brown
Add to curry and boil just a little more.
Curry should not be boiled too much, the coconut milk thickens on cooling, so ensure curry is not too thick while on fire.
Add water before boiling if required.
