Maria's tenderloin roast

Heat oven to 500 deg C
line a pan with foil
Sprinkle liberally with salt, mustard powder, garlic powder, pepper
Roll the meat in it till fully encrusted. Add more of the spices and salt as needed.
Ensure all folds/exposed portions are fully covered.
Add oil to to the foil if the meat is lean
Roast in the oven for 25-30 mins
Check with a meat thermometer after 20 mins - continue checking till done to the desired level.
