Pudina Rasam

Tadka of jeera, rai, hing

Add curry leaves, Pudina.

Boil with Tamarind water, salt and jaggery. Switch off.

After it boiled, add powdered Jeera, pepper, dhania (lightly fried). Cover and leave for 5 mins.

Spotting drink in winters, also a good digestive.
